August Farm-to-Table Dinners & Brunch Now Open
We're thrilled to invite you to three special events at Carringer Farms this August, all featuring an incredible menu created by Chef Ulysses Gonzales.
These are our next-to-last farm-to-table events of the season, with our final dinners of the year taking place on Friday, October 9, and Sunday, October 11.
We hope you'll join us for this special late-summer weekend on the farm.
This is our first weekend featuring complimentary wine pairings with our Friday and Saturday dinners, along with mimosas served at Sunday's brunch.

Tickets are now open for our Friday, July 10 and Saturday, July 11 Farm to Table Dinners at Carringer Farms.
Because our June dinners sold out so quickly, we’re excited to now open reservations for our next two summer evenings on the farm.
We hope you’ll join us for a relaxing evening gathered around the table — enjoying seasonal food, mountain air, conversations with friends both old and new, and time spent around the fire pit.
We’re especially excited to welcome Chef Ken Naron and his wife, Mandy, to Carringer Farms. We first met Ken and Mandy several years ago when we lived in Franklin, NC, and were fortunate to supply produce to some of the restaurants in Highlands where Ken served as chef. When we asked if he would come cook for one of our dinners and he said yes, we were absolutely thrilled. You’re truly in for a treat.
