Join us for a vibrant spring evening on the farm featuring Chefs Liza and Trovon of Azafrán. Known for their love of travel and bold, beautifully layered flavors, they will present a thoughtfully curated, full-course dinner with wine pairings, inspired by the freshest produce grown right here at Carringer Farms and woven with global influences that feel both fresh and refined.
As you arrive, you’ll be welcomed with handcrafted appetizers, live music drifting through the air, and time to gather with friends old and new. Donnie will lead a relaxed walk through the fields, pointing out what's coming up and growing on the farm, along with tidbits from his years of farming, before we gather at the table for a beautifully prepared dinner celebrating the flavors of the season.
