A Spring Evening on the Farm
Join us for a golden summer evening on the farm featuring Chefs Liza and Trovon of Azafrán. Drawing from their love of travel and bold, globally inspired cuisine, they will craft a vibrant seasonal menu centered around peak-summer produce grown right here at Carringer Farms.
As you arrive, you’ll be welcomed with handcrafted appetizers, the sound of live music drifting through the air, and time to gather around the fire with friends old and new. Donnie will lead a relaxed walk through the fields, pointing out what's coming up and growing on the farm, along with tidbits from his years of farming, before we gather at the table for a beautifully prepared dinner celebrating the flavors of the season.
